Shipment
We make it as easy as possible for you to ship your materials to us. We have an easy online packing list to help get you started, and we can often get a FedEx truck to your shop or facility in just a few hours.
Receipt and Analysis
Upon receipt of your materials we weigh, melt and draw molten samples from your lot. The next step is to run a Corrected Fire Assay to determine the Precious Metal content of your materials, with accuracy down to as much as 0.100 part per 1,000. For platinum group metals that are or more complex we’ll use Gravimetric Wet Chemistry and ICP analysis. When non-destructive analysis is required we can provide an XRF analysis. Our rigorous analysis and sampling protocols conducted by our highly trained and experienced staff insure the most accurate results.

Refining
We ensure the process for refining your precious metals is the time-tested best, most accurate process, not merely the fastest or the easiest process. Our draft-free static roasting process completely eliminates “draft induced mechanical losses” for material that doesn’t benefit from traditional smelting or chemical leaching. Temperature monitoring ensures the burning off or oxidation of Inorganic and non metallic components only during incineration or melting. Precious Metals contained in a burn or melt are never heated to temperatures that would result in a loss of Precious Metal..
Settlement
We strive to provide maximum flexibility with settlement options that include pure fine metal form as well as funds via cash, check, wire or ACH. We offer same day advances and same day settlements. We also accommodate consignment arrangements so you can get the best price for your precious metals.
